With a reputation for a highly personalized approach, Tom Fitzpatrick understands that clients appreciate an uncompromising level of honesty and customer service. Working closely with buyers and sellers, he specializes in luxury properties on 30A. His aggressive marketing programs position real estate portfolios to a unique worldwide audience.
 
Tom was awarded Scenic Sotheby's International Realty's coveted "Highest Average Sales Price" recognition in both 2019 and 2021 and he personally produced $60 million in sales in 2021. Tom's roots in real estate began as a property manager for musician Stephen Stills. In 2004, he became the broker of record for two 30A developments.
 
While real estate is his profession, Tom is a passionate golfer. He is one of a few to have achieved "David Leadbetter Certified Instructor" status. He has also conducted corporate workshops with Tim Gallwey, bestselling author of "The Inner Game of Golf." Through the years, Tom has played golf and trained with several top-ranked golf pros, notable entertainers and senior executives. He writes a regular golf column for "Thirty-A Review."

Matthew Fitzpatrick decided to join his father, Tom, in real estate after years of accompanying him to luxury property showings. Following his graduation from Ohana Institute, he successfully earned his real estate license and has proudly joined Scenic Sotheby’s International Realty and the Fitzpatrick Group.
 
Matthew has expertise in managing and maintaining luxury vacation rentals in Rosemary Beach. He has in-depth knowledge of how income-producing properties work for the savvy investor. Matthew has always been interested in homes and construction. His entrepreneurial mindset combined with a detail-oriented approach is frequently complimented by his clients.
